This is more than a technical role; we are looking for a business-minded leader who can build client relationships, mentor talented professionals, drive strategic growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to municipalities, developers, institutions, and public agencies.

PE license required.
15+ years of transportation engineering experience.
Proven leadership and team-building skills.
Strong business development and client management experience.
Knowledge of PennDOT regulations and transportation planning.

Responsabilidades

Lead and grow ELA's Transportation Practice.
Develop new client relationships and expand existing accounts.
Mentor and develop transportation professionals.
Oversee project delivery, quality, and profitability.
Serve as a technical expert and trusted advisor.
Collaborate with planners, landscape architects, surveyors, and civil engineers.
Shape the future direction of transportation services at ELA.
