Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP seeks a senior transportation leader to drive growth in eastern Pennsylvania, mentor staff, and shape the firm’s transportation practice. You will help guide strategy, expand market presence, and build internal capabilities.

The role requires strong business development, exceptional communication, and a proven record of leading multi-disciplinary teams with PA stakeholders and municipalities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Structural Engineering from ABET program.
• Minimum 20 years in transportation leadership roles.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania or eligible by 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transportation initiatives in eastern PA market.
• Mentor staff and guide growth across the state and firm.
• Develop and manage client relationships with PennDOT, City of Philadelphia, and others.
