Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 20+ years of transportation design engineering experience with leadership in an engineering consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pennsylvania Transportation operations across PA with growth objectives.
• Oversee design and construction teams for highways, bridges, and traffic systems.
• Develop client relationships with PennDOT, PTC, and regional agencies and guide pursuits.
• Mentor transportation professionals and support recruitment and development.
