Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling Specialist to support toll agencies across the North Region. You will lead data-driven studies, apply socioeconomic and travel-demand analyses, and guide project teams to deliver investment-grade analyses.

Responsibilities include supervising analysis quality, coordinating technical content with clients, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring rigorous QA/QC throughout deliverables. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification preferred.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, including potential Project Technical Leader duties.
• Execute advanced data analysis on large datasets to support traffic and revenue studies and planning projects.
• Conduct QA/QC, coordinate technical content, and mentor junior staff on deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure technical accuracy and project success, with travel as needed.
