Job summary

CDM Smith in the North Region is seeking a senior traffic revenue and demand modeling professional to lead toll agency studies. You will apply socioeconomic and travel demand analysis, conduct surveys, and guide project teams from sketch to investment-grade analyses.

Domestic and international travel may be required; the role emphasizes data analysis, task management, QA/QC, and mentoring of junior staff, with broad opportunities to shape solutions across highway planning projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 9 years with a Master’s degree. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Execute advanced data analysis on large data sets to support highway planning projects.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and manage technical content of projects; mentor junior staff.
• Edit and QA/QC deliverables.
