Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior professional to lead Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling projects in the North Region of the United States. You will apply socioeconomic and travel-demand analysis, surveys, and advanced data methods to support toll facilities.

You will manage tasks, ensure technical accuracy, mentor junior staff, and coordinate project content with clients, while navigating travel requirements and a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region using socioeconomic and travel demand analysis.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets to support highway planning projects and studies.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate and manage the technical content of projects, ensuring technical accuracy and appropriate skill sets.
• Mentor junior staff with thorough editing of documents and QA/QC of deliverables.
