Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with Master's degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region, potentially as Project Technical Leader.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for highway planning projects.
• Lead overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate technical content of projects and mentor junior staff.
• Edit and QA deliverables to ensure technical accuracy.
