Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling specialist for the North Region to perform studies for toll facilities, applying travel demand analysis and data-driven methods. You may serve as Project Technical Leader, guiding the technical approach and ensuring quality deliverables.

You will analyze large datasets, oversee QA/QC, lead project tasks, and coordinate with clients to ensure accurate, defensible end products. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with Master's degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Execute advanced data analysis on large data sets for studies and highway planning.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures across projects.
• Coordinate technical content with clients and mentor junior staff.
