Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a senior professional to perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region. The role may lead projects, applying socioeconomic and travel demand analyses to deliver investment-grade studies.

You will analyze large data sets, manage tasks, and ensure technical accuracy while coordinating with clients and mentoring junior staff. Travel may be required domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning; or a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field or equivalent.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region; may lead Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling projects.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets to support highway planning projects.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate technical content of projects, drive technical vision, and ensure accuracy and appropriate skill sets on the project.
• Mentor junior staff with thorough editing of documents and QA/QC of deliverables.
