Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a senior professional to lead Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling projects in the North Region across U.S. offices. You will apply socioeconomic and travel demand analyses, guide project teams, and ensure technical accuracy and QA/QC.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with clients, and manage complex data analyses; domestic/international travel may be required, with a focus on delivering world-class transportation planning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning.
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Transportation, or related field.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or related certification may be required or preferred.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies in the North Region.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for transportation studies.
• Manage tasks and QA/QC procedures across projects.
• Coordinate technical content and mentor junior staff on projects.
• Lead technical direction and ensure accuracy of deliverables.
