Job summary

Penn State University Transportation Services seeks an Operations Supervisor to support Event Operations. You will oversee daily and event work, resolve customer concerns, manage staffing, and coordinate parking facilities across multiple decks and venues.

This is a 4-day, 10-hour shift (Sunday–Wednesday, 10:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m.) with mandatory overtime for large events. A 4-year experience and Associate Degree are required, plus a valid driver's license and background checks.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and event operations within Transportation Services.
• Resolve customer concerns, supervise staff, and allocate resources during shifts.
• Direct field operations, coordinate parking facilities, and ensure service excellence across venues.
• Maintain safety, efficiency, and a professional delivery of parking and transportation services.
