Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Background checks are required.
• Valid driver’s license and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field operations of Transportation Services and manage gated parking decks.
• Provide direction for campus enforcement and support events on working days and during large events.
• Serve as primary operational decision-maker during assigned shifts and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage staffing resources, coordinate parking facilities, and ensure service excellence across decks, visitor operations and events.
