Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Use TMS to manage the full lifecycle of customer shipments.
• Coordinate and secure coverage for expedited shipments with carriers.
• Proactively monitor shipments to exceed on-time delivery expectations.
• Maintain relationships with carriers to support reliable execution.
• Provide freight coverage and carrier selection through routing guides and spot-market solutions.
• Route and consolidate orders considering cost, service, and transit time.
• Resolve shipment data errors and operational exceptions.
• Analyze activity to identify and prevent service disruptions.
