Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of shipments in a Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure loads are planned, executed, and delivered on time.
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, errors, or carrier issues.
• Communicate updates with sites, carriers, and internal teams.
• Handle high email volume and system updates while prioritizing urgent requests.
• Troubleshoot shipment issues across TL, LTL, rail, bulk, and hazmat modes.
