Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and eight years of professional level experience in finance, budgeting or procurement.
• CPO certification and knowledge of NM statutes, NM Administrative Code, MAPS and agency policies.
• Experience drafting and managing contracts and working with financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee District Two's administrative functions: budget oversight, procurement, AP/AR, fixed assets, inventory, radio communications, and front desk support.
• Monitor expenditures, forecast budget needs, and manage a multi-million-dollar budget per agency policies.
• Support field operations by providing resources and coordinating with the District Engineer and District Business Manager.
