Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and on-time service for a defined dedicated account.
• Manage driver, office and customer issues and ensure policy adherence.
• Ensure fleet maintenance programs are current on tractors and trailers.
• Develop a sense of trust and integrity with the customer.
• Review credit and aging reports to increase cash flow.
• Coordinate with other USX departments to ensure smooth operation for the account.
• Rotational off-site on-call duty, nights/weekends.
