Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

• Coach and develop drivers and Transportation staff through training and policy adherence.
• Ensure DOT compliance and cost-efficient operations with data-driven decisions.
