Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.

• Experience with drivers and transportation operations.
• Strong leadership, communication and people development skills.
• Knowledge of DOT requirements and safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Lead with a safety mindset to create and maintain a safety-first culture in the Transportation department.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and policy training.
• Lead performance discussions with senior managers and create improvement plans.
• Direct and supervise drivers and clerical staff to meet productivity and service targets.
• Build high-performing teams through interviewing and hiring Transportation personnel; review performance and take disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and manage accident prevention and reporting.
