Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment. You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and monitor driver performance and asset utilization.

You’ll work with the engineering and operations teams to address capacity needs, maintain transportation records in the TMS, and communicate with customers and leadership to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of three years supervisory experience in transportation or logistics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DOT, FMCSR, OSHA, and safety procedures.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and asset utilization; manage KPI tracking.
• Coordinate pickups/deliveries and communicate with customers and leadership.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and operate TMS platforms.
