Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.

You will ensure transportation is safe, compliant, and efficient while coordinating timely pickups, deliveries, and capacity planning with engineering and leadership. You will monitor performance, drive KPI improvements, and manage attendance, routing, and documentation using multiple TMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and assets.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance in transportation operations.
• Monitor driver performance, attendance, and equipment assignments.
• Coordinate capacity planning with engineering and leadership teams.
• Maintain transportation records and prepare operational documentation.
