Job summary

You will coordinate pickups, monitor performance, and collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and service issues. Role requires experience supervising transportation teams, strong regulatory knowledge, and proficiency with TMS tools.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Transportation or logistics industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.
• Coordinate timely pickups and deliveries and monitor asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company policies.
• Maintain transportation records and support capacity planning with engineering.
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and leadership on transport issues.
