Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transportation Specialist to oversee the day-to-day activities of Class A CDL drivers and company equipment, ensuring transportation activities are safe, efficient, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate pickups and deliveries, monitor driver performance, manage transportation records in TMS systems, and collaborate with engineering to address capacity needs and service issues.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Regulatory knowledge of DOT and FMCSA preferred; OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and equipment, including attendance and route status.
• Monitor DOT hours of service compliance and safety procedures.
• Track driver performance metrics and KPI indicators (on-time pickups, asset utilization, scanning accuracy).
• Coordinate with engineering to address capacity needs and improve service efficiency.
• Maintain transportation records in TMS systems and generate reports for leadership.
