Job summary

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. seeks a Transportation Specialist to oversee day-to-day activities of assigned Class A CDL drivers and company equipment.

You will ensure transportation activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will coordinate timely pickups and deliveries, monitor driver and asset performance, maintain transportation management system records, and collaborate with customers, drivers, and leadership to

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in management, business, logistics, transportation, or a related field required.
• Minimum of three years of related supervisory experience required.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations preferred.
• Experience with transportation management systems and reporting tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of Class A CDL drivers and equipment.
• Ensure safety, compliance with regulations, and on-time pickups/deliveries.
• Monitor driver performance and asset utilization with KPI tracking.
• Coordinate with engineering for capacity planning and service improvements.
• Maintain accurate transportation records and TMIS inputs.
