TikTok Shop Supply Chain & Logistics is seeking an experienced dispatch leader to orchestrate linehaul and last-mile operations across North America, spanning 40+ U.S. cities. This role builds a data-driven, tech-enabled dispatch model with real-time tracking and API integrations.

You'll manage carrier resources, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize costs while maintaining stellar on-time delivery performance in a fast-growing e-commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or above.
• 5+ years of transportation dispatch or logistics operations experience, incl. linehaul or distribution dispatch management.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end dispatch processes and cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end linehaul and last-mile dispatch across North America (40+ US cities).
• Develop dispatch plans and routing strategies to support 2-Day and 3-Day delivery commitments.
• Build a technology-driven dispatch model using route optimization, real-time tracking, and API integrations.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers and driver pools; establish carrier evaluation and dynamic allocation.
• Operate a 24/7 control tower to monitor shipments, respond to delays, and reduce disputes.
• Collaborate with DCs, overseas warehouses, 3PLs, and USPS to improve handoffs.
• Define standardized dispatch processes with DOT, OSHA, and Hours of Service compliance.
