Job summary

TikTok Shop's Supply Chain & Logistics team in Houston is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Node Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment, including inbounding goods, picking, packing, and outbound activities. You will drive KPIs, costs, safety, quality, and productivity for regional nodes and contribute long-term capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, operations, engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing third-party logistics providers/vendors.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement skills.
• Experience managing inbound/outbound operations with knowledge of key metrics.
• Track record of success in operations management including capacity planning and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end e-commerce fulfillment operations including inbounding goods, pick, pack and outbound processes.
• Own and deliver operational KPIs and cost targets for regional areas, including safety and productivity.
• Provide strategic and long-term planning inputs including peak-season planning.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize operations and productivity.
• Champion strategic projects with network-wide impact and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Leverage cross-functional teams and third-party providers to run a world-class operation.
• Establish objectives and metrics for node operations in safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
• Set clear goals, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to team members.
