Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Logistics Solution Manager in Seattle to lead transportation strategy and optimize the North American logistics network. You will design processes, coordinate service providers, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities include establishing SOPs, SLAs, dashboards, and cross‑functional collaboration with procurement, operations, product, and compliance to deliver scalable e‑commerce logistics solutions for TikTok merchants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, transportation management, or e‑Commerce logistics.
• Direct experience with transportation operations and linehaul in North America.
• Strong understanding of carrier operations, SLA design, and exceptions management.
• Ability to design operating processes from zero to one and translate needs into SOPs.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and cost drivers.
• Excellent communication to work with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement logistics processes for reliable transportation and handoffs in North America.
• Integrate multiple service providers to balance cost, timing, and service reliability.
• Establish SOPs, maps, escalation paths, and dashboards for logistics flow.
• Design and monitor SLAs across pickup, linehaul, customs, and delivery coordination.
• Manage carriers, brokers, warehouses, and other logistics vendors; drive performance and improvements.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure service quality at each stage.
• Reduce operating costs while improving service and merchant experience.
• Monitor performance and cost-to-serve; lead root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Work with customs/trade compliance to align with regulations.
