Job summary

The role involves owning system readiness, designing scalable SOPs, and leading cross-functional teams across Middle Mile, Last Mile, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and over 3 years of experience in logistics or transportation, with a proven track record of driving execution and simplifying complex processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain environments.
• Experience with process design and SOPs in multi-site networks.
• Proven ability to drive execution in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Own design and improvement of dispatch and transportation execution SOPs.
• Lead training programs for dispatch teams and transportation partners.
• Identify gaps and implement sustainable fixes in workflows.
