Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of DOT requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to maintain injury-free operations.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and training.
• Develop plans to address performance gaps and address discipline when required.
• Schedule shifts and manage labor through planning tools (e.g., Excel).
• Ensure DOT compliance and cost-effective, safe operations.
• Foster upward communication and a culture aligned with company values.
