Qualifications

• At least 3 years in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.

• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture in the Transportation department.
• Develop drivers and associates through coaching and training.
• Discuss performance with Sr. Transportation Managers and address gaps.
• Motivate staff to achieve department goals and objectives.
• Direct and supervise transportation personnel and productivity.
• Build high-performing teams; participate in hiring and coaching.
• Maintain zero-error accuracy in shipments and DOT compliance.
• Schedule shifts using planning tools like Microsoft Excel.
