The role requires experience in transportation, leadership, and a strong knowledge of DOT requirements. Expect field time, office planning, and collaboration with senior transportation leaders.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a safety-focused culture within the Transportation department.
• Coach and develop drivers and transportation staff through training and policy guidance.
• Schedule shifts and manage performance to meet safety and service targets.
• Oversee driver qualification files and incident investigation processes.
• Ensure DOT regulations are understood and followed, while controlling costs.
