Formación

• Minimum of three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• Minimum of one year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with a safety mindset to keep associates, customers, and the public injury-free.
• Oversee and develop drivers and Transportation associates through coaching and training.
• Direct and supervise the work of drivers and clerical staff in the Transportation department.
• Build high-performing teams through interviewing and hiring Transportation personnel.
• Monitor production goals and maintain accuracy and customer satisfaction; ensure DOT compliance.
