Formación
- Three years of transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution experience.
- At least one year of experience supervising a workforce.
- Driver experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Lead safety‑driven transportation operations and training.
- Coach drivers and staff; ensure proper training and policy adherence.
- Manage performance and coaching plans; address gaps with action plans.
- Schedule shifts and optimize productivity; oversee DOT compliance and safety targets.
- Hire and build high‑performing transportation teams; monitor performance and discipline as needed.
- Monitor goals; identify waste; implement cost‑effective, compliant improvements.
