Qualifications

• Three years of experience in transportation/delivery or warehouse distribution.
• One year of experience overseeing a workforce.
• Experience as a driver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with a safety mindset to ensure injury-free operations.
• Develop drivers and associates through coaching and training.
• Oversee performance, address gaps, and create improvement plans.
• Schedule shifts and manage DOT compliance with accountability for costs and service.
