Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, business administration, account management and/or equivalent military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and/or weekends if needed.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy customer relationships.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions with accuracy.
• Experience in Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to account locations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and contribute to fleet operations optimization and profitability.
• Provide training and orientation to drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, develop reporting, and present financial analysis to customers.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment in market.
• Perform payroll, counseling, accident reviews, invoicing, and reporting tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure timely preventive services and safety-related repairs.
• Work with drivers, customers, and staff to resolve service issues and routing challenges.
• Promote safety culture with regular messages and trainings to ensure DOT compliance.
