Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills required.
• Ability to analyze situations, manage multiple shifts, and use MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover.
• Plan, route, and monitor freight movement to meet customer requirements and schedules.
