Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support transportation and logistics by performing clerical duties and assisting in backhauls. The role operates Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM at our Seabrook, NH facility.

The successful candidate will coordinate backhaul and transportation tasks, prepare reports in Excel and related systems, handle damages processes, and communicate updates to drivers, vendors, and internal teams with accuracy and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong math, analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.
• Problem solving and critical thinking.
• Strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and logistics functions.
• Update and communicate reports using Excel and related systems.
• Assist in damages and shorts process and paperwork.
• Support scheduling of pick ups for backhaul orders.
