US Foods, Inc. seeks a Coordinator, Transportation to support transportation and logistics operations. The role handles clerical tasks and assists in backhauls to ensure efficient daily operations.

The position offers an hourly base rate, with weekly pay and a Monday–Friday 6am–3:30pm schedule. Candidate should have warehouse administrative experience and strong Excel/Office skills to manage routes, reports, and logistics communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in warehouse administrative or clerical position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales representative and customer issues.
• Use software to create, update, and communicate reports and files (attendance, DVIRs, backhaul spreadsheets, dispatch, logs).
• Assist in damages/shorts process by notifying vendors and drivers and completing paperwork.
• Support backhaul and logistics by scheduling pick-ups and coordinating information.
