In this role, you will handle driver and customer inquiries, update routes, generate reports with Excel and logistics software, coordinate backhaul pickups, and assist in training junior staff while ensuring accurate paperwork and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Duties may include transportation, and/or logistics and backhaul functions.
• Answer incoming calls to resolve driver, sales representative and customer issues; communicate route updates to drivers.
• Create, update, and communicate reports using Excel and logistics software (Omnitracs, Tandem, Kronos, etc.).
• Complete damages and shorts process and associated paperwork; coordinate with vendors and drivers.
• Coordinate backhaul scheduling and daily dispatch information; optimize pickups and deliveries.
• Support training and development of junior clerical teammates.
