Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau for data visualization.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills including regression and optimization.
• Excellent business writing and ability to present data to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a transportation executive team overseeing daily operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies with cross-functional partners.
• Design and maintain customer solutions delivering mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet equipment analyses for strategic decisions.
• Support Account Management on regular business calls and performance reviews.
• Lead transportation cost modeling and support customer contract negotiations.
• Develop new logistics capabilities through standardized processes.
• Build strong cross-enterprise relationships and gather feedback.
• Translate transportation analytics into clear insights for stakeholders.

Education
