Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Transportation Leader in the United States to drive cost-to-serve analytics, optimize routing and carrier strategies, and mentor a team of transportation executives across inbound/outbound lanes for 3PL partnerships.

You will translate complex transport models into actionable insights for executives and collaborate with Legal, Finance, Sales, and Operations to design logistics solutions that support growth and enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in transportation analytics, network design, or data modeling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of domestic transportation modes, regulations, and warehousing operations.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent written and verbal communication for stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of transportation executives overseeing day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics capabilities and service for 3PL customers.
• Optimize routing, location, and carrier strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Design and maintain customer solutions delivering mutual value.
• Conduct cost-to-serve and fleet analysis to support strategic decisions.
• Support Account Management on regular business calls to review strategies and performance.
• Lead transportation cost modeling and support customer contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Supply Chain Planning, Sales, Systems, and carriers.
