Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Transportation Engineer and licensed Professional Engineer to lead our Transportation team in Region 1. As Transportation Engineering Team Lead, you will develop engineers and Project Managers, strengthen project and financial performance, balance team resources, build lasting client relationships, and help grow RETTEW's Transportation practice.

You’ll remain connected to meaningful transportation projects and collaborate with Transportation leaders across RETTEW

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Active PE license in PA or eligible via reciprocity.
Significant transportation engineering experience with project-management responsibility.
Experience leading, mentoring, supervising, or developing engineers and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop transportation engineers, designers, and Project Managers.
Partner with Regional Director to set team priorities and monitor performance.
Provide leadership and technical oversight for transportation projects and client expectations.
Coordinate workload, staffing, and resource allocation across RETTEW offices.
Monitor financial performance, forecasting, and workload; address performance opportunities.
