Job summary

RETTEW is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineer | Technical Lead to guide technical delivery and growth of our traffic engineering services. This role combines hands-on analysis with mentorship and client collaboration across Pennsylvania projects.

You will lead complex studies, develop practical recommendations, and ensure deliverables meet standards while mentoring staff and contributing to proposals and strategic pursuits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license in PA or eligible.
• 8+ years in traffic engineering.
• Experience leading technical delivery.
• Proficiency with traffic analysis software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review traffic engineering analyses, studies, designs, and deliverables.
• Establish technical approaches and ensure standards compliance.
• Mentor staff and strengthen technical capabilities across projects.
