Job summary

Horrocks attracts professionals who drive innovation in design-build transportation projects. As a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager, you will guide structural teams across freeway, highway, and interchange projects in the Rocky Mountain region, delivering value-added design solutions and coordinating with contractors and clients.

You will lead the design, analysis, and documentation by using standard bridge software, and you will mentor staff while pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.
• 3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
• Current PE license (preferred states UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA).

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation on DB and/or PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and manage project delivery.
• Lead structural design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specifications, and quantity tasks.
• Maintain positive relationships with team members and clients and ensure on-time deadlines.
