Job summary

Horrocks, a Mountain West Design-Build leader, is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager for our Innovative Pursuits Team. You will guide transportation structures design, lead DB/PDB pursuits, and coordinate with discipline leads to deliver projects on time and to client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in transportation structures, 5+ years leading teams, 3+ years DOT DB/PDB experience, and a PE license (UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA preferred).

Qualifications

• 10+ years in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years leading structural design teams.
• 3+ years DOT DB or PDB experience.
• PE license preferred (state licenses: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA).
• Strong client and team communication.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for transportation projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and PM.
• Mentor and manage engineering teams.
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality.
