Horrocks is seeking a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team. The role involves leading transportation structures design for DB/PDB pursuits, coordinating with discipline leads, and delivering high-quality analysis, reports and drawings.

Local and Rocky Mountain region projects are expected, with strong client interaction. The ideal candidate has a PE license (preferred states listed), 10+ years in transportation structures, and 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Current PE license; preferred states UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation structures design.
• 5+ years of leading structural design teams for infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural discipline engineering teams on DB/PDB pursuits and projects.
• Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into the project delivery team.
• Lead design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
