Horrocks seeks a Design-Build Structures Lead/Manager for its Innovative Pursuits Team. You will lead structural teams on transportation projects including freeways, interstates, interchanges, and shared use facilities, coordinating with discipline leads and integrating into project management and delivery.

Ideal candidates have a PE license (preferred in UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA), 10+ years in transportation structures design, and 5+ years leading teams, with 3+ years of DOT DB/PDB experience and

Qualifications

PE license preferred in UT/NV/AZ/ID/CO/NM/WA.
10+ years in transportation structures design.
5+ years leading structural design teams.
3+ years of DOT DB or PDB experience.
Strong client and interpersonal skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

Lead structural discipline engineering teams for Transportation projects on DB/PDB pursuits.
Coordinate with other discipline leads and integrate into PM delivery.
Lead design, analysis, studies, reports, plans, specs, and quantities.
Use standard bridge software and maintain client relationships.
Ensure projects meet deadlines and team collaboration.
