Ryder System, Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to manage Transportation Management processes and ensure our solutions meet customer needs.

You will interface with customers and carriers and represent Ryder in meetings, coordinating implementations and delivering performance reports. The role requires strong communication, planning, analytical and presentation skills, with hands-on use of Excel for data analysis.

Formación

• College degree/Technical Certification in Business, Logistics, Transportation. A combination of other education and experiences will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with clients in resolving problems and coordinating implementations.
• Process and distribute weekly and monthly customer metrics and develop customer performance reports.
• Responsible to measure the transportation networks cost and service performance as well as analyze, implement, and develop improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with various groups to insure customer satisfaction
• Responsible for preparation in support of client quarterly and monthly account reviews.
• Evaluate, quantify and present opportunities for continuous improvement at assigned accounts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
