Job summary

Qualifications

• College or technical degree in business, logistics or transportation.
• 2+ years in industry related experience.
• Experience with freight flow and Transportation Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint).
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage KPIs and perform root cause analysis using TM systems.
• Provide data processing, reporting, analysis, and inquiry support.
• Interact with clients to resolve problems and coordinate implementations.
• Collaborate with internal SMEs to resolve issues and support deployments.
• Produce weekly and monthly customer metrics and reports.
• Support quarterly and monthly client account reviews.
• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
• Coordinate TM procurement activities to optimize cost/service.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
