Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer license in Indiana or active pursuit (EIT/FE).
• Knowledge of AASHTO/ASTM specifications and construction material testing.
• Ability to read and interpret highway/bridge plans and detect errors.
• Experience delegating tasks, managing workflow, and developing staff.
