Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing and promoting employee commute programs (parking, shuttles, rideshare, transit, carpool, bike, walk).
• Provide timely customer service to client employees seeking commute information.
• Coordinate distribution of transportation passes, permits, and schedules.
• Create and maintain program documentation and reports using internal systems.
• Conduct on-site and virtual events and presentations to engage client employees.
